The project entitled ‘The Magnetic Resonance Imaging of Thyroid glands with a purpose built 4 channeled surface coil’ by Yıldıray Gökhalk has been rewarded in the competition called ‘Innovation Think Tank, Be an inventor Opportunity’ of Siemens Health Sector this year. The project is nationally one of the three and internationally among 20 which were fortunate enough to be rewarded this year. The project that aims for the early detection of thyroid cancer has been elected by the jury of Siemens A G Health Sector which consists of 24 executives and development leaders of R&D unit on the first stage. Secondly, the owners of the 20 winning projects will be encamping in Germany for 3 months at the Siemens Innovation Summer Camp.
