Özet: Displacement Spectrum Imaging (DiSpect) is a new method for probing complex tissue dynamics such as blood flow, diffusion and perfusion. Our approach is based on stimulated echoes and Fourier encoding of displacement and can enable the observation of spin dynamics over short (milliseconds) to long (seconds) evolution times. We demonstrate the applications of DiSpect to perform arterial perfusion imaging and to measure post perfusion venous flow imaging in vivo.

Biyografi: Ekin Karasan received her B.S. degree in electrical engineering and computer science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2018. She is a doctoral student at the University of California, Berkeley advised by Michael Lustig. Her research interests include design of pulse sequences in magnetic resonance imaging and cable traps for RF coils.
