Manyetik Par\u00e7ac\u0131k G\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcleme (MPI), uygulanan manyetik alanlara do\u011frusal olmayan tepkilerini kullanarak s\u00fcperparamanyetik demir oksit (SPIO) nanopartik\u00fcllerinin uzamsal da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcleyen, geli\u015fmekte olan bir t\u0131bbi g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcleme modalitesidir. Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma, MPI&#8217;daki se\u00e7im alan\u0131n\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131klanamayan do\u011frusal olmay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n, temel bir x-alan\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131yla yeniden yap\u0131land\u0131r\u0131lan g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcde \u00e7arp\u0131lmaya neden oldu\u011funu g\u00f6stermektedir. K\u0131r\u0131\u015f\u0131k olmayan g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fc, se\u00e7im alan\u0131 gradyanlar\u0131ndaki bozulma nedeniyle taray\u0131c\u0131n\u0131n merkezinden uzaktaki b\u00f6lgelerde bir \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fcrl\u00fck kayb\u0131na ra\u011fmen, nanopartik\u00fcllerin konumlar\u0131n\u0131 do\u011fru bir \u015fekilde temsil eder.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Asbtract<\/p>\n<p>In magnetic particle imaging (MPI), the selection field deviates from its ideal linearity in regions away from the center of the scanner. This work demonstrates that unaccounted non-linearity of the selection field causes warping in the image reconstructed with a basic x-space approach. We also show that unwarping algorithms can be applied to effectively address this issue, once the displacement map acting on the reconstructed image is determined.
