Bununla birlikte, fMRI \u00e7ekimlerinden elde edilen veriler, \u00e7e\u015fitli fakt\u00f6rler nedeniyle do\u011frudan yorumlanamaz. Bu fakt\u00f6rler, sinyal zay\u0131fl\u0131\u011f\u0131, fMRI verilerindeki g\u00fcr\u00fclt\u00fclerden ve ilgi duyulan \u00f6nemli aktivasyonlar\u0131n di\u011fer t\u00fcrlerden ayr\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n zorlu\u011fudur.<\/p>\n<p>Ham fMRI verilerinin karma\u015f\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131, g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fc d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrme, okuma \/ yazma ve bilgi \u00e7\u0131karma gibi \u00e7oklu i\u015flemlerin optimal ve h\u0131zl\u0131 olarak yap\u0131lmas\u0131nda \u00f6nemli zorluklara yol a\u00e7ar. Bu engelleri ve zorluklar\u0131 a\u015fmak i\u00e7in, son zamanlarda yay\u0131nlad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarda fMRI veri analizi i\u00e7in yeni bir i\u015f ak\u0131\u015f\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 \u00f6nerilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Oktay ALGIN ve ekibinin bu alandaki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131nda, \u00e7ok formatl\u0131 fMRI verilerini g\u00f6rselle\u015ftirirken kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131lan sorunlar\u0131n \u00e7o\u011funu ele almak ve \u00e7\u00f6zmek i\u00e7in yeni bir d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm ve g\u00f6rselle\u015ftirme aray\u00fcz\u00fc veya ara\u00e7 kutusu paketi (VCfMRI) tasarlanm\u0131\u015f ve geli\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir. Geli\u015ftirilen bu aray\u00fcz veya araca CPREPP fMRI ad\u0131 verilir ve burada \u00f6n i\u015fleme ad\u0131mlar\u0131 istatistiksel analize ek olarak eklenir.<\/p>\n<p>Geli\u015ftirdi\u011fimiz fMRI veri i\u015fleme metodlar\u0131 i\u015fitsel g\u00f6revlere dayal\u0131 veri setinde denenmi\u015f ve i\u015fitsel g\u00f6revler yap\u0131l\u0131rken insan beyninin ilgili aktivasyon b\u00f6lgeleri belirlemi\u015ftir. Bu nedenle, bu ama\u00e7 i\u00e7in hen\u00fcz kullan\u0131lmam\u0131\u015f olan N\u00f6ral Gaz (NG) y\u00f6ntemiyle kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rma i\u00e7in fMRI verilerinde Geli\u015ftirilmi\u015f N\u00f6ral Gaz (ENG) algoritmas\u0131n\u0131n kullan\u0131lmas\u0131na dayanan yeni bir denetimsiz \u00f6\u011frenme yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 \u00f6nerilmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Ger\u00e7ek i\u015fitsel fMRI verileri \u00fczerindeki kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rma sonu\u00e7lar\u0131, ENG&#8217;nin giri\u015f veri dizisinin s\u0131ras\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 duyars\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131, bir dizi n\u00f6ron se\u00e7mek i\u00e7in \u00e7e\u015fitli ba\u015flatmalar ve ayk\u0131r\u0131 de\u011ferler nedeniyle NG ve SPM y\u00f6ntemlerinden daha iyi performans g\u00f6sterdi\u011fini g\u00f6stermektedir.
