Tarama s\u00fcresi, MRI&#8217;da sinyal-g\u00fcr\u00fclt\u00fc oran\u0131 (SNR), uzay-zamansal \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fcrl\u00fck ve kapsama alan\u0131 aras\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015f toku\u015f yap\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 gerektiren ve \u00e7ok say\u0131da zorlu\u011fa yol a\u00e7an \u00f6nemli bir sorundur. Son zamanlarda, fizik odakl\u0131 derin \u00f6\u011frenme (PD-DL) yeniden yap\u0131land\u0131rmas\u0131, h\u0131zland\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f MRI&#8217;da ilgi g\u00f6rmeye ba\u015flad\u0131. PD-DL, MRI fizi\u011fini sinir a\u011f\u0131 tabanl\u0131 d\u00fczenlemeyle birle\u015ftirir ve mevcut y\u00f6ntemlere k\u0131yasla geli\u015fmi\u015f g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fc kalitesi sergiler. Ancak PD-DL&#8217;nin s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 e\u011fitim verisi kullan\u0131labilirli\u011fi, y\u00fcksek h\u0131zlanmalarda a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 d\u00fczenleme, farkl\u0131 SNR&#8217;lerde genelle\u015ftirilebilirlik sorunlar\u0131 ve g\u00fcr\u00fclt\u00fcye kar\u015f\u0131 hassasiyet gibi kendi zorluklar\u0131 vard\u0131r. Bu konu\u015fmada, son teknoloji PD-DL yeniden yap\u0131land\u0131rmas\u0131nda bu zorluklar\u0131n \u00fcstesinden gelmek i\u00e7in yeni yeniden yap\u0131land\u0131rma y\u00f6ntemleri tan\u0131t\u0131lacakt\u0131r. Spesifik geli\u015fmeler \u015funlar\u0131 i\u00e7erir: 1) PD-DL&#8217;nin farkl\u0131 SNR&#8217;lerde genelle\u015ftirilebilirli\u011fini geli\u015ftirmek i\u00e7in MR kodlama operat\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn sinyal yo\u011funlu\u011fu bilgisine sahip karakterizasyonu, 2) 3D kullanarak uzay-zamansal korelasyonlardan yararlanan, konuya \u00f6zg\u00fc, kendi kendini denetleyen bir PD-DL yeniden yap\u0131land\u0131rmas\u0131 serbest nefes alma kazan\u0131mlar\u0131 i\u00e7in evri\u015fimli sinir a\u011f\u0131, 3) PD-DL yeniden yap\u0131land\u0131rmas\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan termal g\u00fcr\u00fclt\u00fc bast\u0131rman\u0131n sinerjik bir kombinasyonunu ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiren yeni bir hesaplamal\u0131 fMRI hatt\u0131.
