Although the candidate will be working closely with Professor \u00a0Karl\u0131 O\u011fuz of Hacettepe University Medical School, he\/she is expected to be supporting\u00a0 all aspects of Magnetic Resonance Imaging and image analysis as an UMRAM employee.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>General Qualities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Having\u00a0\u00a0received at least undergraduate degree, preferably graduate degree, in Science or Engineering Sciences,<\/li>\n<li>Having\u00a0\u00a0a sound knowledge of Matlab and Java software,<\/li>\n<li>To be able to follow literature in the field,\u00a0\u00a0must have an advanced\u00a0\u00a0English level well enough to prepare texts,<\/li>\n<li>Having a disciplined work attitude and high motivation, and also ability to well manage the subordinate relations,<\/li>\n<li>Male candidates must have completed military service or postponed\u00a0\u00a0for at least two years.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<strong>Job description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Supporting the users using existing software (FSL, Freesurfer, Brainvoyager etc.) in MRI data analysis (smiR, fMRI, DTI etc.),<\/li>\n<li>Designing and programming user experimental paradigms and advising on optimizing imaging sequences,<\/li>\n<li>Managing MRI data server,<\/li>\n<li>Managing the computer network\u00a0\u00a0in the Analysis laboratory.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>THE APPLICANTS REQUIRED TO ANSWER THE QUESTIONS BELOVE :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1) Do you use Linux operating system?<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2) List the software programs you are using.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3) Score your Matlab and Java knowledge from 1 to 10.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4) Do you have experience in neuroscience?
