Mevcut \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma, tekli bireysel ara\u015ft\u0131rma y\u00f6ntemi ve bu y\u00f6nteme ait \u00e7oklu bireyler aras\u0131 prob tasar\u0131m\u0131yla uyumlu olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi. Bu ara\u015ft\u0131rma, okuma g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u00e7eken sekiz \u00f6\u011frenciden olu\u015fan bir gruba odaklanmaktad\u0131r. Ara\u015ft\u0131rma kapsam\u0131nda, zenginle\u015ftirme okuma program\u0131n\u0131n uygulanmas\u0131ndan \u00f6nce ve sonra \u00f6\u011frencilerin haf\u0131za kapasiteleri, dikkat s\u00fcreleri, okuma ile ilgili fonksiyonel MRG aktivasyonu ve beyaz cevher yolaklar\u0131 belirlenmi\u015ftir. Bu belirleme s\u00fcreci iki a\u015famada ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi. Birinci a\u015famada sinirsel g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcleme yap\u0131ld\u0131 ve ikinci a\u015famada \u00f6\u011frencilerin bili\u015fsel s\u00fcre\u00e7leri ve sinirsel yap\u0131lar\u0131 dikkat ve bellek kapasiteleri a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki ara\u00e7lar kullan\u0131larak ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131: Stroop Testi TBAG Formu, \u0130\u015fitsel S\u00f6zl\u00fc Say\u0131 Terazi Test Formu B, \u0130ptal Testi ve Say\u0131 \u00d6\u011frenme Testi. Elde edilen sonu\u00e7lar, zenginle\u015ftirme okuma program\u0131n\u0131n, bili\u015fsel s\u00fcre\u00e7ler ve sinirsel yap\u0131lar a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan okuma g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u00e7eken \u00f6\u011frencilerin okuma profillerinde bir iyile\u015fme ile sonu\u00e7land\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6stermektedir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Beyaz madde ve aktivasyon ile ilgili \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar incelendi\u011finde, \u00e7o\u011funlukla eri\u015fkinlere odaklanm\u0131\u015f olduklar\u0131 ve ba\u015flag\u0131\u00e7 durumu g\u00f6zetilmeden farkl\u0131 gruplar\u0131n sinirsel yap\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131klar\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. Mevcut \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ba\u011flam\u0131nda, her \u00f6\u011frencinin okuma program\u0131n\u0131n uygulanmas\u0131ndan \u00f6nceki durumu benzersiz bir ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7 noktas\u0131 olarak kabul edildi\u011finden, zenginle\u015ftirme okuma program\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6\u011frencilerin sinirsel yap\u0131lar\u0131 \u00fczerindeki etkisini ara\u015ft\u0131rmak ve incelemek m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. Okuma ve okuma odakl\u0131 n\u00f6rog\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcleme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 sonucunda incelendi\u011finde, bir tak\u0131m tutarl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131n oldu\u011fu ancak bulgular aras\u0131nda da farkl\u0131la\u015fman\u0131n oldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir.
