Veri al\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 h\u0131zland\u0131rmak i\u00e7in k-uzay\u0131n\u0131 alt \u00f6rnekleyen k\u0131smi Fourier (KF), paralel g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcleme (PG) ve s\u0131k\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f alg\u0131lama (SA) y\u00f6ntemleri \u00f6nerilmi\u015ftir. Ancak, T2 a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcleme ve u\u00e7u\u015f zamanl\u0131 (TOF) anjiografi gibi MRG uygulamalar\u0131nda h\u0131zland\u0131rma fakt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn ve g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fc kalitesinin iyile\u015ftirilmesine ihtiya\u00e7 vard\u0131r. \u00d6nceki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar \u00e7oklu kontrast g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fc geri\u00e7at\u0131m\u0131 i\u00e7in pop\u00fcler bir SA y\u00f6ntemi olan SPIRiT y\u00f6ntemini benimsemi\u015flerdir. Ancak, bu y\u00f6ntemlerde farkl\u0131 kontrastlardaki ortak bilgi, geri\u00e7at\u0131m a\u015famas\u0131nda kullan\u0131lmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu tezde, geri\u00e7at\u0131m s\u0131ras\u0131nda y\u00fcksek uzaysal frekanslar\u0131 vurgulayarak g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcler aras\u0131ndaki ortak yap\u0131sal bilgiden yararlanan yeni bir y\u00f6ntem \u00f6nerilmi\u015ftir. In vivo beyin g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcleme ve say\u0131sal fantomdan elde edilen sonu\u00e7lar, \u00f6nerilen y\u00f6ntemin geleneksel y\u00f6ntemlere k\u0131yasla parametre se\u00e7iminde daha g\u00fcrb\u00fcz oldu\u011funu g\u00f6stermektedir. Bu tezin TOF anjiyografi g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcleme i\u00e7in amac\u0131, hem sinyal-g\u00fcr\u00fclt\u00fc oran\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rmak hem de tarama s\u00fcresini k\u0131saltmakt\u0131r. Bu ama\u00e7la, faz kodlama y\u00f6nlerinde SA kullan\u0131m\u0131 ile iki boyutlu h\u0131zland\u0131rma, ve frekans kodlama y\u00f6n\u00fcnde bir boyutlu KF veri toplama ile eko zaman\u0131 azaltan bir kombinasyon \u00f6nerilmektedir. Bu veri al\u0131m\u0131 sonras\u0131nda ise SA ve KF y\u00f6ntemlerini ard\u0131\u015f\u0131k olarak uygulayan b\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015fik bir geri\u00e7at\u0131m sunulmaktad\u0131r. Beyinde elde edilen in vivo anjiyografi sonu\u00e7lar\u0131, \u00f6nerilen zaman a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan etkin TOF y\u00f6nteminin, damar-arka plan kontrast\u0131n\u0131 artt\u0131r\u0131rken tarama zaman\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc g\u00f6stermektedir. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Toygan K\u0131l\u0131\u00e7 21 Ocak 2019 tarihinde y\u00fcksek lisans tezini ba\u015far\u0131yla sundu.
