Wald, Joshua Rosenow, Julie Pilitsis ve Laleh Golestanirad, \u201cReconfigurable MRI technology for low-SAR imaging of deep brain stimulation at 3T: Application in bilateral leads, fully-implanted systems, and surgically modified lead trajectories\u201d isimli bir makale yay\u0131nlad\u0131lar. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d6zet:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Derin beyin stim\u00fclasyon cihazlar\u0131na sahip hastalar postoperatif MRG incelemelerinden olduk\u00e7a yararlan\u0131r, ancak implantlar\u0131n RF ile \u0131s\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131ndan kaynaklanan g\u00fcvenlik riskleri nedeniyle MRG bu hastalar i\u00e7in kolayca eri\u015filebilir de\u011fildir. Son zamanlarda, 9 ger\u00e7ek\u00e7i hasta modelinde 1.5T&#8217;de MRG s\u0131ras\u0131nda tek izole DBS u\u00e7lar\u0131nda lokal SAR&#8217;\u0131 \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde azaltan, hasta taraf\u0131ndan ayarlanabilen, yeniden yap\u0131land\u0131r\u0131labilir bir bobin teknolojisi sunduk. Bu katk\u0131, teknolojiyi 3T&#8217;ye \u00f6l\u00e7eklendirmenin ve tam implantl\u0131 sistemlerin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra iki tarafl\u0131 lead&#8217;li hastalarda performans\u0131n\u0131 de\u011ferlendirmenin uygulanabilirli\u011fini g\u00f6stererek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 daha y\u00fcksek alanlara yaymaktad\u0131r. 13 hastan\u0131n postoperatif BT g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fclerinden hasta kaynakl\u0131 iki tarafl\u0131 DBS lead ve tam implante DBS sistemi modelleri geli\u015ftirdik ve MRG s\u0131ras\u0131nda elektrot kontaklar\u0131nda SAR amplifikasyonunu 3T&#8217;de yeniden yap\u0131land\u0131r\u0131labilir bir d\u00f6ner bobinle hesaplamak i\u00e7in sonlu eleman sim\u00fclasyonlar\u0131 yapt\u0131k. Konvansiyonel bir kuadrat\u00fcr v\u00fccut bobinine k\u0131yasla, yeniden yap\u0131land\u0131r\u0131labilir bobin sistemi SAR&#8217;\u0131 tek tarafl\u0131 ba\u011flant\u0131lar i\u00e7in ortalama% 83 ve iki tarafl\u0131 m\u00fc\u015fteriler i\u00e7in% 59 azaltt\u0131. \u0130mplante edilen lead&#8217;lerin y\u00f6r\u00fcngesinde yap\u0131lan basit bir cerrahi modifikasyonun, tamamen implante edilmi\u015f bilateral DBS sistemine sahip bir hastada, d\u00f6nen bobinin SAR azaltma verimlili\u011fini&gt;% 90&#8217;a \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6sterilmi\u015ftir.
