Manyetik rezonans elastografisinde (MRE), dalga boyu ve doku sertli\u011fi tahminlerini de\u011fi\u015ftirebilir, analizi ge\u00e7ersiz k\u0131lar. Bu davran\u0131\u015f\u0131 ilk \u00f6nce 3B karma\u015f\u0131k de\u011ferli dalga hacimlerinin faz\u0131n\u0131n z ekseni boyunca jitter olarak modelliyoruz. IPD&#8217;leri kald\u0131ran iki a\u015famal\u0131 bir g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fc i\u015fleme borusu \u00f6nerildi. \u0130lk \u00f6nce, sabit dilimli faz kaymas\u0131, yeni, d\u0131\u015fb\u00fckey olmayan bir dejitter edici algoritma ile kald\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Daha sonra, yeni 3D dalgac\u0131k katsay\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n filtrelenmesiyle b\u00f6lgesel fizyolojik g\u00fcr\u00fclt\u00fc eserleri \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131. \u0130ki boru hatt\u0131 katsay\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n kalibre edilmesi, dejitter parametresi \u03b1 ve dalgac\u0131k band\u0131 y\u00fcksek ge\u00e7i\u015f katsay\u0131s\u0131 c, ilk \u00f6nce bir sonlu eleman y\u00f6ntemi beyin fantomu \u00fczerinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi. Daha sonra, 48 beyin al\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n bir kohortu \u00fczerinde, IPD&#8217;lere d\u00f6rt yakla\u015f\u0131mdan olu\u015fan kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rmal\u0131 bir ara\u015ft\u0131rma yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r: 2) IPD ihmali &#8220;kontrol&#8221; ko\u015fulu; 3) anizotropik dalgac\u0131k tabanl\u0131 bir y\u00f6ntem; ve 4) d\u00fczlem i\u00e7i (2B) i\u015fleme y\u00f6ntemi. Mevcut y\u00f6ntem, 40 Hz&#8217;de merkezlenmi\u015f \u00e7ok frekansl\u0131 bir dalga inversiyonu i\u00e7in [Y\u00f6ntem: metne bak\u0131n\u0131z] Pa&#8217;n\u0131n ortancalar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6stermi\u015ftir. daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fckt\u00fcr. \u00d6nerilen y\u00f6ntem, kohortun de\u011fer aral\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, y\u00f6ntem 3) ve 4) &#8216;e g\u00f6re s\u0131ras\u0131yla% 29 ve% 31 oran\u0131nda azaltm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.
