This award is given\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: small;\">yearly by the Middle East Technical University Parlar Foundation to\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: small;\">the highly selected young researchers. This year four Bilkent\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: small;\">University faculty, Ali Jaili, Cem Tekin, Onur Tokel and Tolga Cukur\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: small;\">received the award.
