Ali Caglar Ozen studied at the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering of Bilkent University between 2006 and 2010 with full scholarship. He took his BSc degree in January 2011. He is a continuing M.Sc. student at the same department. He has been a teaching assistant since January 2011. He was a research assistant in National Magnetic Resonance Research Center (UMRAM).

His research interests are Novel MRI Systems, Interventional MRI and MR Safety.
