Musa Tunç Arslan is a Ph.D. candidate in Electrical and Electronics Engineering department at Bilkent University. He received his B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in same department and university with M.Sc. thesis on Radar Signal Processing. He is also currently with Meteksan Defence Inc. as a communications system engineer specialized in physical level communications system design and simulation. His primary research interest is digital signal processing.
